We typically provide services to Surveyors, property owners, property managers & agents, facilities managers, full-repair leaseholders etc. who need high level access for short term tasks or inspections.

For fast response and short duration work, powered access equipment is usually the most cost-effective solution. We can also agree scheduled periodic visits, if you have a regular maintenance need.

If you need to gain access to a high building from the road in an urban area, a vehicle-mounted access platform is ideal. It doesn't need to be delivered on a trailer or stored on the site. It can be moved quickly if there is an urgent need. We can work in the early hours and depart before the morning rush hour. (Road based working will be subject to approval from the local highway authority).

We can also provide welfare facilites.

If you need to elevate significant weight, a crane will also be needed. However if you need to provide access for a banksman, we can work in tandem with the crane. In particular you may need to use a combination of crane and MEWP to position weight in awkward places.

We can give access for installing roof edge protection or fall-arrest lines before the commencement of more advanced works.

If your work at height falls under the Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM), please involve us in your planning at the earliest opportunity.

If you are a business, you should keep a copy of the Working at Height risk assessment that we complete for you before each job commences.
