If you are householder or residential property manager, finding a cost-effective way of having small problems at height attended to safely can be very frustrating. By providing an on-demand service we can attend for short periods and still be cost-effective.

We sometimes assess a whole area with a view to undertaking several small jobs on one day. This saves money and improves utilisation. If you know of others in your vicinity who need our services we can charge pro-rata, so you only pay for your share of the hire cost. As long as the equipment needed is the same, this helps everybody.

The narrowest gap we can get an access platform through is 90cm - about a door width. The height of a crawling spiderlift is just under 2 metres, so it can usually squeeze through a modern doorway. Tracked machines can also go up some external steps to access the back of a property.
